Our story
Columbus already called the chili „Aji“ back in 1492 – that is where our name comes from. Our home is Bremen; this is where Aji has its roots.
Our idea: an all-rounder sauce made from purely plant-based ingredients that tastes of tomato and chili first – the heat is added on top, it does not take their place. This has grown into five varieties, from Würzig with no heat at all to Höllisch. Today Aji is produced in Hamburg.
