Shipping & Payment
Shipping costs
We ship within Germany with DHL Paket.
- 1 bottle: €3.49 shipping (incl. VAT)
- 2 bottles or more: free shipping
All product prices include statutory VAT (7 %). Shipping costs are shown in the cart and in the checkout before you complete your order.
We currently do not ship abroad. For enquiries from Austria or Switzerland, please email info@aji-chili.de.
Delivery time
Delivery takes 2–4 business days after receipt of payment. We usually hand your order to DHL within 1–2 business days; DHL delivery typically takes another 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Bremen.
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with the DHL tracking number.
Payment methods
You can pay with:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Klarna
- Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
The invoice amount is due when the order is placed. For payments via Klarna, Klarna's terms shown in the checkout apply in addition. We do not charge extra fees for any payment method.
Packaging
We pack the bottles in a sturdy shipping box with padding.
